The house is fully furnished (except your room and the office) has 2 large living areas, is double glazed and has a large Bathroom with separate toilet. We have 2 heat pumps (one in the kitchen/ living and one in the hallway) and there is plenty of kitchen and hallway storage for you.

Looking for a female flat mate who loves a clean/ tidy house (don’t bother applying if you’re messy). Ideally you would be a working professional, sorry no pets or couples aloud due to landlords rules. The right flatty would be laid back, tidy and enjoy both spending time together and time alone. Not a partier but doesn’t mind having the odd drink or two

Current flat mate is 32 y female, a personal trainer who works from a home studio in the double garage. My 5 y old daughter lives with me week on week off so I have her 7/14 days per fortnight so you need to be ok with kids in the house. I love to live an active/ healthy lifestyle, whilst still heading to the odd gig, having a couple of drinks and love a good burger
