Dakoda's room

The house is nice modern steel framed home built post earthquake in 2017, all windows double glazed and very well insulated with multiple heat pumps and panel heaters. It’s a relatively large house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two lounges, a butlers pantry and double garage. It comes fully furnished, you would only need to furnish the available room yourself. Other than the stunning views of the ocean the house also has a spa pool and a pétanque court (because why not). It’s a beautiful, warm, clean and tidy home that feels quiet hidden away in an very respectable area of Mt Pleasant. The room available will be on the ground floor which comprises a further two bedrooms (spare and guest room) and a second bathroom which will solely be yours. The available room has its very own heat pump a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage and sliding doors that open to a covered patio.

I’m a pretty relaxed, easy going tidy person, love’s adventure, rock climbing, camping, exploring. Love to be social but enjoy my quiet time, always down to watch a movie and relax around the house. My best mate and owner of the house is moving away leaving a big space to fill. I don’t just want a flatmate who you occasionally speak to and just co exist together, been there and done that at uni and didn’t enjoy. This is a large home not a flat and ideally will just be myself and the new person so I’m looking for someone similar age who is social and willing to have a yarn and get along eventually on a friendship level. I don’t mind what gender you are as long as you’re clean, tidy and respectful and we get on.
