We have 3 bedrooms available-unfurnished in papanui Christchurch

Master : $120/week Double room : $100/week Single room : $80/week Each room has a wardrobe Bond is 4 weeks and one week in advance

Bills will be $35 per person this includes power, internet, gas and basics like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry powder.

One bathroom with gas hot water Two separate toilet rooms Large lounge/dinning area Large backyard with several sheds Some off street parking and a bus stop out the front.

We enjoy board games, movie nights, or the odd drink and are looking for accepting flatmates who would like to be social too but also value their own space. Due to our schedules (a student and a full time worker doing mixed shifts) this won’t really be a party flat.

Couples will need to be willing to take the smallest room along with their chosen main room as we are keen to keep the house at 5 people only.
