Sunny double room with double wardrobe. Furnished with smart tv in room.Private bathroom by bedroom. Facilities include gym. spa pool, sauna and pool (closed for winter). Unlimited fibre wifi, sky sports channels, power and gas included. House within gated community with all ages in the complex. Car park available. 2nd fridge also available. Couples also considered - rent to be negotiated for 2 people. Looking for roomies for 3-6 months ( 3 month minimum)
About the roomies
I am a health professional working Mon- Frid. I have a busy lifestyle. I enjoy a wine at night and relaxing with TV, sports, spa and sometimes get to the gym - still working on that. I am looking for one - two other roomies so there will be max 3 people staying in the house - except for odd times when I have a friend staying.
