I own a 4 bedroom home, with kitchen, dining room, living room, internal garaging, bathroom with shower, toilet, external washing line, small lawn and covered deck space leading from dining room all the way around to the master bedroom.

My home has a wood burner, WIFI, A/C and good lighting throughout. This is a fully enclosed property with street and driveway parking in a quiet, safe suburban area that predominantly houses working families.

The property is situated approx. 5-10 mins drive from the CBD of Palmerston North, the local supermarket / hair salon / takeaway stores are approx 5-10mins walk away, The outlying areas of Fielding / Linton & Ashurst are approx 25mins drive. If you are a Massey student then you’ll have access to the bus services to the campus within an easy 15 to 20min ride.

I’m full time working professional with a 17 y/o daughter whom will be living between houses on a weekly to fortnightly frequency. Given my daughter lives with me, she and I would have firm peace of mind if our preferred tenant was female as well.

My expectations are that you’ll be respectful in our home and toward my daughter, be tidy, and ensure you make payments on time and in full. In return I will respect your privacy, ensure you have what you need during your tenancy to the best of my ability and that you actually enjoying staying with us.
