I own a 4 bedroom home, with kitchen, dining room, living room, internal garaging, bathroom with shower, toilet, external washing line, small lawn and partially covered deck space leading from dining room all the way around to the master bedroom.

My home has a wood burner, WIFI, A/C and good lighting throughout. This is a fully enclosed property with street and driveway parking in a quiet, safe suburban area that predominantly houses working families.

My property is situated approx. 5-10 mins drive from the CBD of Palmerston North. The local supermarket / hair salon / takeaway stores are approx 5-10mins walk away whilst the outlying areas of Fielding / Linton & Ashurst are approx 25mins drive. If you are a Massey student then you’ll have access to the bus services to the campus within walking distance

I am full time working professional with my 17 y/o daughter whom lives with me. As such she and I would have firm peace of mind if our preferred tenant was female as well.
