Semi large room. There is a small wardrobe in the room.
Located within 10mins walk to Countdown Broadway, located within 20mins walk to UCOL or the square.
Open plan kitchen area
Shower/Bath are separate from the toilet
There is parking out the back of the property however there will eventually be works done to place another property at the back.
All bills are included in the rent - 2 weeks in advance is required prior to move in
There is security cameras and an alarm installed.
About the roomies
I am currently living and working down in Wellington. I do come and stay at the property every now and again however you will mainly be staying with another flatmate. I am a pretty laid back person.
The other person you will be living with, he is a working professional. Keeps to himself however is more than happy to have a good chat or chill out with you.
This is not a party flat however your more than welcome to have a few quiet ones.
Potential roommates must be mature, respectful and mindful of others and cleans up after themselves. You must have references.
