Delightful, fully furnished 2bdrm flat on a quiet treelined street with sun-drenched north-west facing bedroom for rent. Rent INCLUDES internet. Spacious double room (unfurnished) with big walk-in robe, shared bathroom. Laundry in garage. Large living area that flows onto the deck and into the very private garden. There is plenty of room for veggies and other plantings.

Short or long-term negotiable, references are required. MOVE IN COSTS: Bond is 4 weeks rent ($900) and the first week in advance. ($225) TOTAL move-in costs: $1125. No expectation of going on the lease, instead there will be a flatmate agreement between myself and the successful applicant.

Other costs: Power - split 50/50 billed monthly. Own food and personal items. Gardener every 2-6 weeks which we’ll share as this is a tenancy requirement.

Before enquiring please note that I am looking for someone aged 30’s - 40’s with maturity, who has had some life experience, enjoys a tidy home space and is considerate of others. You must be willing to share household chores and know how to change the toilet roll! ;-)

I would prefer a female or gay male (yes I am LGBTQIA+ friendly!) and someone also interested in health and wellness would be a bonus.. I am a non-drinker which is also preferred. No drama, parties or hard drugs, this is a quiet house for rest and restoration.. The right flatmate would be someone who keeps relatively regular hours whether that be full-time work or study. Someone independent with their own interests who may enjoy the occasional games night :)
