Beautiful home across the road from Papamoa Beach. 15 minute walk from papamoa plaza. Must be an animal lover as we have 3 dogs and 1 cat who are very much a part of the family. The house is on the market so room is only avaliable until house sells or for people only wanting short term accomodation, 6-8 weeks, or less if wanted. There are open homes most Sundays so must be happy to accommodate these by leaving the house when the open home is on and keeping your room tidy, on occasion there might be a private viewing thru the week which you must also be compliant with, viewings thru the week rarely happen tho. Sunny and warm nicely renovated home with two lovely outdoor areas. Bathroom will be yours to use and only used by others if we have people around, which is not often. This is not a party house,

We are a married couple in our late 40’s, we are the owners of the house. We are friendly and relaxed. We both work full time, non smokers, like the occasional drink.
