River can be accessed from the property which is a 25 acre lifestyle block 10 minute drive to Kerikeri and 15 minutes to Paihia. Looking to let for any period up to Oct/Nov 23. Price includes electric, gas, wifi, rubbish, and fresh linen once a week. Ideally suited for a single, couple, or 2 sharing. Children welcome. 1 well behaved small dog, or 2 house cats welcome. The cabin currently has bunks and a king size bed, however the bunks can be replaced with chairs or a sofa.
We are a couple enjoying our lifestyle block. We have a few sheep, pigs, ducks, and chickens as well as a dog and a cat. We live in the cottage on the property and don’t share the cabin.
