NOTE: room in photos with LITTLE furniture are current. The last few photos with black curtains are CURRENT. Old photos,with purple cover are NOT current as room now basically unfurnished but has new black insulated curtains;plus room recently painted.I place older photos so you can gauge room size,and in photos that is a Queen size bed in room .There is a built in wardrobe in room. This older style upstairs flat,with views, is located in an inner city suburb in a great location in Auckland. Close to motorways, Unitec,St Lukes MALL,beach,park,swimming pool, cafes,public transport(trains & buses, ) supermarkets,motorways, beach.

3 other flatmates,all very different in ages & interests. We rent this flat & share monthly bills.Rent paid weekly. We look for non judgemental person,peaceful,respectful & pays rent on time.We share cleaning duties. Room is basically unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. (There is a desk if you want it:plus a small glass table; plus a mattress,( king single size) all available if you want them) The room is on the sunny side of building so ideal for winter. Room has new curtains & was painted a couple of years ago. Flat is upstairs with shared balcony and lounge with views. Rent 3 of us here,different ages but all get on well,male in 40s, French male in 30s, & female of more mature age. Rent,water,is paid weekly (includes $15 week also,for shared household items,cleaning products etc)…and that totals $190 a week. (includes rent,water,& shared household items) Monthly power & internet/phone bills we all share.That is due middle to end of month. We try and be respectful towards each other! Come and join us! 2 males & 1 female here All very different personalities & interests but respect each other & aim for a happy place. One guy loves movies I love music especially live music. Other guy loves to travel & working long hours for such.
