• Fully furnished, just require your own bedroom furniture.
• Quiet street
• I’m hardly ever home so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time.
• Wanting someone with a full time job, respectful, clean and tidy and someone who will share responsibilities.
• Preferably no pets as I have a dog.

I work full time as a builder, currently looking for 1-2 flatmates but would prefer to keep this to a minimum if possible. Am open to having kids in the house but would require further discussion. I am only really home to shower and sleep, occasionally get on weekend mission doing something around the house but other than that, weekends are spent away from home with friends.
