About the room
Looking for someone to join this Spreydon flat near the hills.
Currently have 1 room available (1st bedroom photo) for 6 months from end May / early June through until the beginning of December (dates negotiable each side) Can come furnished with bed / drawers and has a wardrobe - $160 p/w
Looking for someone who is tidy and respectful and ideally working full time. This is not a party house, but we do enjoy the odd movie night / BBQ / wine or a gin. Ideally into the outdoors, but not a requirement!
The house is close to Barrington Mall and the hills for any bike or running missions.
The house has 1 Bathroom and separate toilet as well as a garage with space for bikes and any other toys.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with a couple from the UK who are both scientists and another girl - all aged 30 to 31.
