We are looking to rent out our downstairs spare bedroom to a very clean, tidy, sociable, full-time working professional. Who enjoys food, few drinks, and has a chilled vibe. The room is the 2nd biggest room in the house with double wardrobes, the room comes with queen-sized bed & mattress with 2x side drawers, and lampshades, with a standing mirror and a tall boy. The bathroom and toilet are one step away from the room. The room has a view of our back lawn. We are walking distance to Totara Park and botanical gardens, in route to catch bus. Kitchen, living and laundry areas are shared with owners. During summer you will find breezy access to the sun-drenched deck and pool area through sliding doors from the main living areas. House is fully fenced with locked up gates and camera around the house with alarms. The rent Includes - All bills, (Gas, Water, Power, internet) it also includes Bathroom cleaning detergents, Kitchen garbage bags, Dish washing soap and dish washing tablets.

We are a Fiji Indian family of 3 living in NZ for over 20 years. We are full time working professionals and we only have 1 child who is 16years old. We have a pet dog which is a purebred shitz Shu who loves to cuddle and play. She doesn’t shed hair due to her breed. We are very clean and tidy people. We love to travel and enjoy people’s company.
