Large, modern, sunny, 1 bedroom granny flat with combined lounge (could also sleep another person in here) and kitchen, own bathroom, own access and uncovered parking, outside the main entrance door, for 1 car.

Located in the Manukau area and nestled in a park like area. Looking for honest, house proud, quiet, flatmate(s), who pay the rent on time - ideally for long term. Short term considered.

Some washing facilities and outdoor spaces are shared and while the granny flat is private, ideally we would like some contact with the flatmate(s) - eg occasional games night or shared meal. No smoking/vaping/no illegal drugs/ or loud parties. Rent plus expenses and this would cover 1 or 2 flatmates in the space.

Could negotiate either furnished or unfurnished. The granny flat is attached to a house and your flat mates are two mature adults. The flat is currently available in the week of 15 May (subject to change), and can be viewed before then. Please send details about yourself.

Please note that pets live on site so we are probably unable to accept any further pets.
