Location: St John’s Room: Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Unfurnished Rent: $430 per week. Bills: $27.50pp a week Bond $1720 (4 weeks rent). Move in cost: 2 weeks rent up front and the bond Available soon, 4th of May

We have a large ensuite room available with a walk-in wardrobe. The house is amazing. It’s a warm spacious home set over 3 levels. The main floor is bright, open-plan lounge/ living & dining area which opens out onto a sunny deck. The kitchen has loads of space with a large kitchen island, 2 fridges and a double oven. Upstairs there is a second ‘chill out’ area with a sofa & TV. The house is double-glazed, has a double garage (which is mainly used for storage). The driveway fits 2 cars (first come first served basis) and there is always plenty of street parking available. The room available is the master bedroom, based upstairs. It has an AC unit, a built in wardrobe as well as the walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite has double sinks and a bath tub. 15-20 min drive to the city 10 min drive to Kohi beach 15 mins to Sylvia Park 20 minute walk to Meadow Bank train station.

You would be living with 4 others, all around the age of 30 (3 girls & 1 guy). We are all like minded working professionals. We all enjoy our own space and independence but love a chat with each other and a glass of wine.
