Hi, I have one double bedroom in a 3-bedroom house in Sockburn available for rent from 1st May.

Room comes with a decent size wardrobe, double bed and a desk. Plenty of off-street parking as it is a cul-de-sac, 5 min drive to bush inn market and 10 min drive to UC. Hornby is also 5 min drive.

You will be sharing the house with an Indian couple in their mid 30s. Both working full time.

I am looking for someone who pays rent on time. Is respectful, clean, and tidy. This is not a party house. NO pets or smokers.
