Lovely new house in Yaldhurst, Christchurch. Great location and lovely neighbourhood. Unfurnished bedroom kitchen and dining areas will be furnished. Spacious back yard area including a deck. This house is only 3 years old, very warm and cosy in the winter and beautifully designed.

You will be joining myself (Kate) and two others, Taine and Anup. I am a full time Radiographer working at Christchurch Hospital. Taine is a drain layer and Anup is an Architect. We are all very into the gym so early 5am starts are common for all three of us. We are all very close and definitely love a few cold ones with friends. We do like to host BBQs and dinner nights with friends and family. Very easy going, I am looking for someone that is going to be respectful of this home and is easy to get along with.
