💫$225 per week+ bills 💫House is located in Papamoa- 5 mins from beach 💫Move in costs 1 weeks rent plus bond (2 weeks rent) 💫Not a party house, we are a couple that spends a lot of time at home but enjoy a quiet drink over the weekend 💫Main bathroom is quite large and will be yours to yourself as we have ensuite 💫Can choose from 1 of 2 rooms which have different windows but both have wardrobes 💫Room is unfurnished 💫Will be living with 31 and 33 year old working couple 💫House cleaner comes once every 2 weeks and is included. 💫MINIMUM 6 month stay!
