Kia ora! We are on the hunt for a lovely flattie to join our beautiful home.

The bedroom has its own wardrobe & fits a queen-sized bed, 2 side tables, plus a set of drawers. The desk in the photos is no longer in the room.

House is fully furnished (washing machine, dryer, 2 x fridges, heat pump, dishwasher, microwave, TV), you just need to bring your bedroom furniture. The gem of this home is the kitchen/lounge/deck area with sliding doors which open fully to soak up the sunlight- perfect for summer!

Rent is $250 per week for the room excluding expenses. Expenses (power, gas + Internet) and some shared costs (e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, detergent etc.) will be split evenly between all flatmates, currently it works out to approximately $40 per week per person. This can be more or less depending on the season & heating used. Move-in cost is 2 weeks bond + 1-week rent in advance ($750 total).

You’ll be 3mins walk to Woburn station, 5mins walk to the local SuperValue, Subway & petrol station & a 5mins drive to Hutt central, including Queensgate mall.

Current flatties are two friendly, independent, fulltime working women, one in her 30s (the owner) & the other in her 20’s. We are both tidy, active, like to do our own thing, enjoy pottering around the house & garden, & enjoy a chat when we are around.

We are looking for a flatmate who is: • Working fulltime
• Reliable & pays rent & bills on time • Honest & trustworthy • Tidy & cleans up after themselves • Happy to reliably do their share of chores • Considerate & respectful of others • Is out & about with hobbies/ interests • Are comfortable to chat & share a laugh when about the house • Understands this isn’t a party house • Preferably late 20’s to 30’s
