This is a 3 bedroom house with shared bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen. It is situated in a cul-de-sac, so it’s nice and quiet.

The location is in the heart of Lincoln Town. The town center is only a 3-4 minute walk away. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, library 3 mins, and New World is a 10 min walk.

It’s also a very good option for students as it’s only a 10-15 min walk to Lincoln Uni (or a 3-5 minute bike ride).

There is a nice large comfy couch and a decent size 55 inch plasma TV

Plenty of parking available

I’m looking for someone who is reasonably tidy, respectful and quiet. This is not a party house. I also prefer a house where it’s mainly the tenants here rather than random people coming in and out of the house frequently.

I also have an indoor cat, so hopefully you like cats.

There will be 3 people total (including you) living in this house. (I am a male mid 40’s.) The other is a young German lady that works full time. I like to exercise at the gym, go hiking, watch movies, play tennis, squash, etc

No smokers, vapers, drug users

I will need 2 weeks bond, and rent is always paid 1 week in advance.
