Hi,

This large room has a Queen size bed with a walk-in wardrobe. Walking through the walk-in wardrobe leads you directly into the bathroom. There are also 2 other large wardrobes in your room.

This is a 3 bedroom house with shared bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen. It is situated in a cul-de-sac, so it’s nice and quiet.

The location is in the heart of Lincoln Town. The town center is only a 3-4 minute walk away. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, library 3 mins, and New World is a 10 min walk.

It’s also a very good option for students as it’s only a 10-15 min walk to Lincoln Uni (or a 3-5 minute bike ride).

There is a nice large comfy couch and a decent size 55 inch plasma TV

I’m looking for someone who is reasonably tidy and respectful and is happy to have a chat. This is not a party house. I also prefer a house where it’s mainly the tenants here rather than random people coming in and out of the house frequently.

I also have an indoor cat, so if you don’t like cats then this place may not be suitable for you.

There will be 3 people total (including you) living in this house. (I am a male mid 40’s.) There is also Alan, he is a 23 year old student from India studying at Lincoln Uni. We are both very easy to live with. I personally like to exercise at the gym, go hiking, watch movies, play tennis, squash, etc

No smokers, drug users

I will need 2 weeks bond, and rent is always paid 1 week in advance.
