Comes with small convection oven and portable hot plate. Shared clothes line and washing machine at this stage (getting separate washing machine set up). Shared outdoor garden/section. Family has teenagers and friendly dogs. Close to Uni, Riccarton, bus routes and Deans Bush market on Saturdays!

Busy household with two friendly dogs who will want to visit you if they can.
