The house is a quaint warm flat on a shared driveway. The flat is very sunny and in a great location, walking distance to Uni, Riccarton Mall and Bush Inn. The flat is well furnished and kept tidy. A shared bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and large living space. The lease is signed up until November 31st this year so the room is only available until then. Our bond has been paid.
