Blair's room

We have a spare furnished room available in our house. Rent includes all utilities (including firewood). Rent is $220 for single; $320 for a couple. All bedrooms are upstairs and living areas downstairs. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well as a separate toilet downstairs. There is a garage & sheds for storage and a vege patch for home grown foods. There is a separate spare room too

We are a couple (32 & 36) who work during the week in education. Enjoy outdoors, cooking, bbq, arts, coffee and the odd drink. Potential roomies will need to be ok with large dogs. We have a 2yo German shorthaired pointer who is generally well behaved but can be quite excitable.
