I have a beautiful unfurnished room available in our lovely three bedroom two bathroom stand alone sunny townhouse. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other and a separate toilet

The cost covers rent, unlimited internet, power and basic household supplies. Your new room is the smaller of the three but can fit in a queen size bed and a set of draws comfortably and has a nice sized wardrobe attached. Or a medium sized room that can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, side tables and draws. It also has a decent built in wardrobe. Don’t feel you have to hang out in your room though as we have a lovely large sunny lounge with comfortable couches and a tv with chrome cast which is perfect for those flat movie nights! Great size kitchen and have the option to cook with the flatmate if you want to.

We have an outdoor area which has some small outdoor furniture. We are working on the garden as we speak so if you are not afraid to jump in with us then that would be a bonus (You don’t have to know about gardening by the way) We have an off street park down the drive for you just by the front door, with a security camera overlooking the drive. Or in the Garage which is attached to the house. We have three security cameras up around the home, they cover all the entrances to the home.

I am a full time worker, a 29 year old Female, a homebody who enjoys the odd weekend adventure. Who is quite social and enjoys movie nights and crime docos! I am very easy going. I like to be on top of the chores and live in a clean respectful home.
