Bedroom with single closest available for rent $220 p/w Room is currently in use until the end of December, move in date can be flexible due to Christmas and New Years.

Power to be split - currently due on a weekly basis. Average winter split was about $20-$25, suspect it should be a lot lower heading into summer.

Internet is $40.50 per month for unlimited fibre

The room will be unfurnished but rest of the house is fully furnished -heatpump -washer/dryer as well -quiet street with plenty of off-street parking -large backyard and double garage with some space available for storage

House also comes with a dog and a cat - would need someone comfortable living with pets. Unfortunately, not able to take in any extra pets.

I am 26, work full time and study as well quiet, tidy and introverted. I do have an 11 year old cat and a 1-year-old Border Collie. Dog is at daycare 3x a week
