Central city location. Very handy area as short walk to Victoria Ave. Suitable for single person. 2 brm Unit. Room is furnished - bed, drawers, TV, has great size wardrobe. Very clean/tidy unit. Bedding may be available if needed. The rent is $250 a week with all inclusive - Rent, food, power, internet.

Only one main tenant - I am very friendly, honest, trustworthy person. I enjoy a clean/tidy environment and will cook meals and/or prepare food for working/studying flatmate. Lawn/gardens maintained by me, keeps me busy! Like watching movies, tv series, occasional visitors, but usually of quiet and peaceful surroundings.
