Greer's room

The bedroom is one of two on the top floor, it has a decent wardrobe and balcony access. Sunniest room in the house!

There’s a carpark in the double garage downstairs if you need, otherwise there’s a bus stop right outside.

House is fully furnished but room is empty. Decent storage space available throughout house if required. Nice kitchen w/ big fridge & dishwasher. 2x toilets. Separate bathroom w/ big bath, 2x vanities & shower with dual heads.

Jackson Street shops and the beach are just down the road. Lower Hutt shops are about 5 mins away, Welly CBD is about 15 mins away on a good day.

Current flatmates are both mid-late 20s girls. I work full-time (and mostly from home) and the other works part-time.

We both like to have flat hangs and binge watch Netflix from time to time, but we also value our own space sometimes too.
