Rent is $240 per week. This is not negotiable so please do not ask. This includes water, electricity, gas, unlimited Fibre internet. There is street parking available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (including bedding), bedside drawers and includes a built-in wardrobe.

This space is only for female. I am happy for you to have friends and family visit, but it is not suitable at all for anyone else to stay overnight.

House is a 3 bed, 2 bath with seperate toilet. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, living downstairs. Bathroom is shared (Bath is used but not the shower)

Fully set up with everything you will need. It is walking distance to Bruce Pulman park, Southgate shopping centre and there is a bus that stops close by on Porchester Road.

I’m 42, solo mum and work full time. My child is 9 and lives 50/50. We have no pets in the house and aren’t allowed to have any either.
