Lovely area only 100m walking distance to cafes, some of Christchurch’s most popular restaurants and pubs, takeaway options, bus stop, shops and only 7 minute drive to the CBD. 10 minute walk to nearby park and river tracks as well as farmland walking tracks and Victoria Park. Situated at the foot of the Port Hills.

I bought my place as my first home in September 2022 and live here with my 2 year old Golden Retriever. She is very calm and friendly and loves people, pats and company. I love going on walks with her, visiting dog friendly bars and cafes, cooking, reading and getting into a good TV series. I do spend some weekends away with my family in Hanmer Springs. I love to ski and will be going on ski missions around the area and further this winter for those who are interested in the same hobby. I work in the luxury travel industry 7.30am - 4pm Mon - Fri.
