Update: 02.09.2023: Form 11th September 2023 it is an en-suite Bedroom with walk in wardrobe and heat pump.

This a regular sized bedroom with access to the patio and garden. It is in a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a wardrobe and king size bed. WIFI is included. The room is available from 11 September. Parking is a bid tight in my driveway but parking in street available. It is 300 meters from the beach, 100 meters to the bus stop. I am looking for one person..not a couple. No smoking - No vaping - No drugs - No loud music

I am a Business owner and work most of the time from my home office. It is a 4 bedroom house and my daughter stays here during her University breaks. I am from Austria and moved to New Zealand 14 years ago. I am open minded and enjoy walks, history, photography and astronomy (I own a telescope) I own a cat.
