No bills. Just move in! Separate Female & male bathrooms, washing facilities & a fully equipped kitchen/ diner which is shared. We are offering accommodation short or long term. We currently have only 2 rooms available at the moment doubles($250 or singles $220.

We are Mum & Dad property owners. As of the 12th Oct,, there will be 1Female( Lincoln students) & 1Male residing there. We don’t live at the property & this is not a party house.
