Blair Terrace

This is a sunny large 3-bedroom house located in Blair Terrace with a 7-minute walk to Richmond, shops, and buses. You will get the spacious master bedroom adjoined to your own personal ensuite. The house has 2 large living areas, a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, a fireplace, and a large sunny deck to look out at the view of Richmond. All the rooms and kitchen will be furnished expect the Master Bedroom. The house has a double internal garage where you can park your car in. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

I’m Emma, I’m a very mature, respectful 18-year-old that has lived in Richmond for most of my life. I have 4 small parrots who are my world and when I’m not reading, you will find me cuddling with them or teaching them new tricks. My birds will be confined to their own room and my budgies will chirp away to themselves throughout the day, they go to bed at 7 pm and they will be silent till morning. Apart from birds and books, I love watching tv shows, cooking yummy vegan meals, or walking in the forest. I am a friendly, honest person that is tidy, and reliable, and would rather spend a night reading with tea and my birds than out partying.

I am looking for a tidy, quiet, respectful individual that will enjoy a calm, easygoing environment. Friends are definitely welcome but this is not the house for parties and smoking is not allowed. We will go halves on power, water, and internet.
