Steph's room

This is a large sunny house in Karori right by an entry to the sky line wak. We are at the end of the street so there is plenty of free parking. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Karori town, where you can find Countdown and New World, bus stops and all other amenities. This is one of 3 bedrooms we are renting out in our 5 bedroom house. We live in the down stairs bedroom with our cat, we have our own kitchen and bathroom. We also have a lovley couple who have their own bathroom living with us. This room (room 2 im the photos) has the option to be furnished with a queen or single bed, side table(s) small wika couch and has two wardrobes. This large bedroom shares a bathroom with one other room, which is also for rent for $250 per week (bedroom 3 in the photos). You will need to pay $30.00 per week of expenses, per person, this includes power and fibre

We are btoh friednly and respectful young professional couples and have just moved down to Wellington, us from Auckland and our flatmates from overseas. We are not a party house but we don’t mind a BBQ and drinks or to watch the sports or a movie now and then. =)
