The room is not furnished but will fit a queen-sized bed and other furniture. The main bathroom would be yours, however we do use the bath occasionally.
Richmond Mall/town is a 5min drive or 10min cycle away. Less than a minute walk to Easby Park, 10min cycle to Silvan Forest MTB Park and 15min walk to Sprig & Fern Upper Queen.
Bond of 4 weeks’ rent and 1 week rent in advance would be required upon moving in. (This includes firewood).
