Conor's room

The house is in a quiet Opawa street, with a great garden. It’s close to the park, New World, 5-7 minutes to the bus stops, and it’s a safe neighbourhood. The tenant would have access to the bathroom (with a toilet and shower) and seperate bathroom (toilet only). If a female moves in, they can have their own. The room has a king single ecosa mattress, wardrobe space with a full length mirror, drawers, DVS system, and if you’re wanting it, a desk and office chair can be provided. I am 30, male, I’m doing my masters thesis at UC, so if you happen to study out there sharing a ride is an option there. The other flat mate, male, 29, works full time. Therefore, it’s probably best to find someone between 25-35 y.o. I have a ragdoll, so being okay with cats would be great.
