5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

The owners live in the downstairs area of the house, and the upstairs will be shared by our 2 flatmates. The upstairs space includes 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet), a shared living space with a fridge for our 2 flatmates, and a study which is available for separate rental at a negotiable rate. There is also a workshop space in the large garage which is rentable at a small additional cost. Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area are shared by all occupants.

The 2 bedrooms are both medium to large. They are unfurnished, but can be furnished if needed. Heating is provided. One bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe.

The home has a heated swimming pool which is available for use between October and April and the use of which will be shared by roster by everyone. There is a separate outdoor area which is only for our 2 flatmates to share.

Shared facilities in the house include: washing machine and clothes dryer and kitchen appliances.

We are not a party house and we prefer that our flatmates host visitors only by pre-arrangement with us. No pets or smokers.

We are a mature married couple. We are friendly, private profession­als, often WFH, seeking similar people to share our home. Easy access to the motorway, 5-minute drive to Manukau. On a bus route. Close to Botanical Gardens.
