Unfurnished room for rent – all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. It is a large room, a set of drawers can be provided if required. I can help with sourcing other furniture if needed.

Ideally you are a mature working professional. Must be house trained; clean, tidy, respectful, non-smoker, easy going and with no pets. Keen to share with a like-minded person, good sense of humour is a plus. House share agreement may apply.
