A quiet, end of row 5-year-old townhouse in a gated complex that is bright all day and has evening sun. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 (small) lounges over 3 floors, you will have a furnished room with a bed & side table on the top floor with a wardrobe with built in storage and share the bathroom with one other. There are two tv lounges so room to have your own space. It is not suitable for working full time from home. Would prefer a couple short term ie seasonal workers but will consider others :-)

The property is shared with a couple in their early 40’s, and their teenage son. We’re full time professionals and busy during the week with the gym, sports and work. We’re easy going and respectful and are looking for the same. Send me a message with a bit about yourself and working situation.
