Sam's room

This double bedroom that has room to put a double bed plus a couple of other furniture items is now available in my house. The room is in the center of the house - it has a large window but it is quite high up so while it lets in plenty of light it can’t really be opened. There is a DVS system ducted into the room so there is still airflow, which comes in through the inbuilt wardrobe.

It’s not really a place for a rager but the occasional party is all good. Neighbours are all lovely people! If you’re keen on gardening there’s a garden space I don’t do much with that you can have control over (including movable garden boxes if you leave and want to be able to take your garden). Pets I’ll consider on a case by case basis - the garden’s not fenced in so big dogs would be a no, sadly.

I’m Sam, I’m the owner of the house and also I live in one of the rooms. I’m 30ish, queer, and generally am pretty busy with hobbies, work and life so I’m often out and about and coming home fairly late.
