About the room
We are looking for someone to join us in our house in St Martins area. It is close to the river, the hills and the city.
The house is warm and cosy. The room is small so would suit someone that doesn’t have a lot of things- we do have extra storage space in the garage if needed. For the right person a swap for a larger room (at higher cost) may be considered. The room can be partially furnished if need be.
We are looking for someone friendly and respectful who is between 18-35. Ideally we would like someone who could stay for at least 6 months.
About the roomies
The other flatmates are 19(NB), 25(M) and 34(F) and enjoy various interests like art, music and the outdoors. We’re fairly independent but also friendly.
