Hello I have a room in a private house. The majority of the time I will be away for work; I travel all about the country so I need someone that is responsible and courteous; people that take pride in themselves and spaces around them. $300 single and $365 couple for full furnished and flat mate arrangement.

You will often have the space to yourself and to be prepared to help the home functions by an input around upkeep and cleaning. I have plenty of linen warm blankets and space and 5 people have lived here comfortably. The queen room is currently occupied by a professional engineer on Airbnb- he is courteous and works long hours and is here until the 22nd of September.

Sasha cat is a very dominant personality in the home and she has a preference to people that are friendly and kind with a good sense of humour. From time to time there may be family members or friends staying or the occasional locum doctor but that would be pre-arranged and by arrangement that was acceptable to all in the home.
