Fiona's room

1 Very large room available for single or couple ($220), unfurnished with window seat. (Power included, internet will be split 3 ways (4 if you’e a couple) Pets allowed. Fire and heatpump, large garden with a front paddock, plenty of off street parking, garage and shed for storage. 1 shared bathroom with bath, overbath shower. The rest of the house is fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped (we have an airfryer too)

2 female roommates. 1 early 20s vet nurse student also works part time. 1 late 20s professional. We are a chilled out flat, clean and tidy. Happy to pitch in together with chores. Occasionally share meals and have a few drinks or movie nights. Also happy spending time in our own space. We currently have 1 small dog and 1 cat at the flat. Very relaxed animals and good with new pets (if you have any)
