New build house in quiet Christchurch suburb Somerfield, great location and home to two young professionals who appreciate a clean, quiet and comfortable space. Also home to one very shy cat. Room is unfurnished but all other furnishings provided for. Rent is $220 + $50 a week to pay for bills and common consumables (Laundry powder, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc)

Looking for someone down to earth and interesting to join our sanctuary. Needn’t be social but must be personable, clean and respectful.

Tim is a New Zealand chef who has travelled extensively and worked in some of the most renowned kitchens in the southern hemisphere. He enjoys his motorcycle, archery, exercising and anything to do with the outdoors.

Martyn is a Scottish bar manager hoping to make Christchurch his permanent home after a prosperous few years in the 03. He enjoys music, cooking, film and painting.

Moo is a rescue cat. We’re not sure how old he is but he’ll warm up to you eventually.
