Ellie's room

We have a lovely room available for rent from the 24th of July onwards in our West End flat. Please message me to arrange viewing times and tell me a bit about yourself. Rent is $150 + $35 expenses per week (power, wifi, bins) will require two weeks rent in advance and the bond is $420 which will need to be paid by the move in date.

We currently have one female and a couple in the flat all aged between 22 & 25 + 2 cats. We are looking for someone of similar age who will stay long term.
