Loft style room available in a 4 bedroom flat from 23rd May. Location, top of Cuba st, Mt Cook. Room $250 per week plus expenses (power and internet) power also has free hours of power 9-12pm daily available for use. Current flat mates are a mix of uni students and yo-pros. Looking for someone similar who is tidy and preferably has previous flatting experience. No smoking, no pets. References required
