Keyur's room

We have a lovely room available in a bright and light-filled house, set on a pretty, peaceful and safe street. The supermarket (Countdown) is VERY close (300m) and a bus stop to take you to Palmy town is even closer (150 mtrs). The house is warm, fully insulated and double glazed. All bedrooms and common spaces have their own air-conditioning and ventilation system. The room is furnished with a double bed, bed-linen, table and chair. You bring your own towels etc. Kelvin Grove is a very safe, family friendly area with a large park, supermarket and a small shopping centre close by - lovely neighbours too.

We are a mature Indian family - with both our children having flown the nest a few years ago. They do come home to visit. I (57) work at the hospital and my wife (60) and mother (81) are at home during the day. We have space that we are happy to open up to others and enjoy company. We are looking for someone who is respectful of the property and people and relatively mature in their outlook.
