The Villa is very private surrounded by gardens, The comfortable lounge opens out to the dinning kitchen area that enhances flows out to a large covered outdoor living space that includes (BBQ, dinning, lounging) area, very relaxing private garden to just chill out.

With winter ahead there is a freestanding 🔥 to relax around and enjoy cozy winter nights.

The bathroom is shared, its bright, light and open.

The Villa is an easy walking distance to town, farmers market, Raglan roast and has off street parking.

You would be sharing with 3 others a mature couple ( owners of the villa) a international chef and very independent fur baby Macy Gray cat.. We enjoy quite living, music, good conversation and communal dinners when we get days off altogether

We are looking for a mature working person who is honest, respectful, trustworthy, super tidy, clean and enjoys a quiet / restful space. Must be non smoker/ non vaper, working full time and not a party person.
