Sunny furnished room available within walking distance to Lincoln Rd shops, bus stops, Apollo Projects Stadium and Hagley park. Viewings Thursday 1st Feb evening or Friday 2nd Feb morning and then on Sunday 11th.

Our flat has been recently reclad in addition to new guttering, double glazed windows and a smart lock making it a warm, safe, quiet and dry home. We have a great, well maintained outdoor space including car port which we use as covered outdoor living. All additional costs (power, Wi-Fi, cleaning products) and furnishings are included in the rent price. We are ideally looking for a university student (or yo-pro) to join our flat. There are bus routes to Uni and it’s in biking distance (mainly on cycle paths too).

There is some construction still happening in the townhouse next door. This is due to be complete by the end of February.

We are Ben (26) and Courtney (30). We are a couple and own this property. We have a 2y/o mini Schnauzer named Sabi who loves a cuddle and a walk around the block. We are both very active people who take our health and wellbeing seriously. We also love to learn, Courtney works in EdTech and Ben is a software engineering PhD candidate at UC. Weekends include odd jobs, BBQ’s, a few wines and relaxing.
