Hello!

I’m looking for one female flatmate in their 20’s, preferably working to join me (and one male) in a 3 bedroom modern town house located 10 minutes away from City Centre & 10 minutes away from Sumner beach. The house is two storied, double glazed, and gets a great amount of sun in each bedroom.

Rent is $175p/w + expenses, no bond & the home is furnished (excluding bedroom furniture) x

Both of us are in our 20’s, we are full time workers (I work in marketing & my flat mate is a barista) & very easy going!
